Community Navigator

Part-Time

As a Community Navigator for Y2G, you will be responsible for providing support and resources to the local community. This includes conducting surveys to understand the community's needs and developing services to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for researching and providing resources to the community that will help them achieve their goals. You will be a key resource in connecting people with the services they need.

Community Navigator Assistant

Part-Time

The Community Navigator Assistant is an important role in our nonprofit organization. The Assistant will work closely with a Community Navigator to provide support to individuals in their communities. The Assistant will be responsible for helping people access resources, connecting them to services, and providing relevant information. The Assistant should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be passionate about helping others. The Assistant will also be required to keep up to date with the latest information and resources available in the community. Finally, the Assistant should be comfortable working with diverse groups of people and have a positive attitude.

Community Manager

Part-Time

As a Community Manager for our nonprofit, you will play a critical role in building relationships with our supporters, engaging with the community, and amplifying our mission. You will be responsible for creating and executing social media campaigns, staying up-to-date with current trends, and finding new ways to engage with our supporters. Additionally, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, participating in online conversations, and moderating content. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of social media platforms. A passion for our mission and commitment to creating meaningful relationships are essential qualities.
